SCOPE OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Controller collects and processes your personal data, identification and contact data in the scope of name, surname, title, permanent residence (street, number, postcode and city), place of birth, contact (e-mail address and telephone contact) as well as other data provided voluntarily.

Comments

When site visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data that is displayed in the comment form as well as the users’ IP address and browser user-agent for spam protection purposes.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to Gravatar to verify that you are using it. Gravatar’s privacy policy can be found at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment has been approved, your profile photo will be publicly displayed along with the content of your comment.

Multimedia

When uploading images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with EXIF GPS location data. Visitors to the site can download and view any location data from images.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

  • for the purpose of marketing communications and for sending marketing materials and offers for the provision of the services of the controller on the basis of consent or legitimate interest of the controller,
  • for the fulfilment of the legal obligations of the controller (business records, tax obligations),
  • for the exercise of your legal claims under the concluded contract (claims),
  • to ensure our communication with each other and for the purpose of enabling the exercise of your rights in relation to the protection of personal data.
PERIOD OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected for the purposes of concluding, amending or performing a contract are kept for the period of the provision of the service and for the necessary time in case of exercising your rights, e.g. in the context of a complaint procedure. Personal data provided for the purposes of marketing communications based on your consent will be kept for the period for which consent was given or until the end of the purpose of the processing, if the period of consent was not specified. Other personal data will be retained according to the time limits set out in specific regulations.

When adding a comment, the comment and its metadata are kept separately. This allows us to automatically recognize and approve any related comments without having to hold them for moderation.

For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except for user changes). Website administrators may also view and edit these information.

DATA PROTECTION

We collect and process personal data in the context of the provision of our services, the use of marketing communications and the exercise of your legal claims. We protect personal data by using various appropriate organisational and technical measures to prevent its misuse. We do not disclose your personal data and we do not transfer your personal data to another country within or outside the EU.

ENTITIES HAVING ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Other entities have access to your personal data, namely third parties on the basis of applicable law (e.g. control authorities) and processors on the basis of contracts concluded with the controller. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be provided in the password reset email.

YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The protection of your personal data is governed by the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amending and supplementing certain acts, as amended. Within the scope of your rights you have:

a) The right of access to personal data
You have the right to obtain from the controller access to your personal data and information about the personal data being processed, specifically about (i) the purpose of the processing of personal data, (ii) the category of personal data being processed, (iii) the identification of the recipient or the category of recipient to whom the personal data have been or are to be disclosed, (iv) the period of retention of the personal data, (v) the right to request the controller to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data or to object to the processing of personal data, (vi) the right to bring an action, (vii) the source of the personal data if the personal data was not obtained from the data subject, and (viii) the existence of automated individual decision-making, including profiling.

b) Right to rectification of personal data
You have the right to have inaccurate personal data concerning you rectified by the controller without undue delay. With regard to the purpose of the processing of personal data, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed.

c) Right to erasure of personal data
You have the right to have personal data concerning you erased by the controller without undue delay. We will delete your personal data without undue delay if (i) the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or otherwise processed, (ii) you have withdrawn your consent to the processing of personal data, (iii) you object to the processing of personal data, (iv) your personal data is being processed unlawfully, (v) the reason for the deletion is the fulfilment of a legal obligation, (vi) the personal data was collected in connection with the offer of information society services.

d) Right to restriction of processing of personal data
You have the right to have the controller restrict the processing of personal data if (i) you object to the accuracy of the personal data for a period of time allowing the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data, (ii) the processing of the personal data is unlawful and you object to the erasure of the personal data and request a restriction on the use of the personal data in lieu of the erasure of the personal data, (iii) the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of processing the personal data, but you need the personal data for the exercise of your legal claim; (iv) you object to the processing of the personal data, pending verification that the legitimate grounds on the part of the controller outweigh your legitimate grounds.

e) Right to data portability
You have the right to obtain from the controller your personal data which you have provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you have the right to transfer that personal data to another controller.

f) Right to object to the processing of personal data
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation. In the case of the processing of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, including profiling to the extent that it is related to direct marketing, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data without restriction.
