The Art of Understanding for Managers
In this two-day training we explore human behaviour form the perspective of psychology. Our key approach is Transactional Analysis which provides a framework for understanding communication patterns in interpersonal relationships. Managers can use this framework to identify and respond appropriately to the communication style of their team members. Additionally, this approach is helping managers to become more aware of their own emotional responses, and to respond more effectively to the emotions of others. Transactional analysis also can help managers to become more self-aware by identifying their own patterns of behaviour, and by providing a framework for understanding their own motivations and behaviours. This can help managers to identify areas where they need to improve, and to develop a more effective leadership style.
Mindful Leading
This one day training has only one aim: to help you be more present in your daily life and so becoming more mindful about your actions and decisions. The class is a mixture of small amount of theory and a lot of practical tips and hands-on experiences you can take to your everyday interactions with others, and yourself, too. Apart from the concept of mindfulness in leadership, we also talk about concepts of deep work and about creating deeper relationships at workplace.
